笑姐豆腐花

笑姐这里的豆腐花用的是传统的手艺,制作出来的豆腐花口感滑豆味重,用粤语讲就是“白雪雪滑律律”!

但在传统的豆腐花上,笑姐也有所创新。红豆豆腐花和咸豆腐花,红豆豆腐花加上一颗颗饱满的红豆丰富了豆腐花的口感,咸豆腐花加咸酸菜再加小许酱油看起来特别“黑暗料理”,值得重口味的朋友尝试!

常平竹升面

来到常平,这家店就不得不来品尝一下了。就连香港著名的美食家蔡澜都特地来到常平吃这一碗小小个竹升面,由此可见,这碗面是有多么美味呀。

Come to Changping, this shop has to come to taste. Even Hong Kong's famous foodie, CAI LAN, came to chang ping to eat the small bowl of Jook-sing noodles(bamboo noodles), which makes the noodles so delicious.


这里的面都是由师傅用竹笙亲手制作,每日用3、4个钟压面,并且制作过程中不会添加一滴水,对于不满意的面,整片面饼会扔掉,重新再做。

The noodles are made by the master here made of bamboo fungus personally, daily use 3, 4 a clock face, and does not add a drop of water in the production process, for not satisfactory, the whole piece of bread will be thrown away, to do it again.


特别推荐这里的咸鱼酱捞面。虽说是咸鱼酱,但咸香的海鲜味很浓,跟弹牙的竹升面拌匀起来,吃起来感觉比蚝油捞面更新鲜!
