Come to Changping, this shop has to come to taste. Even Hong Kong's famous foodie, CAI LAN, came to chang ping to eat the small bowl of Jook-sing noodles（bamboo noodles）, which makes the noodles so delicious.
The noodles are made by the master here made of bamboo fungus personally, daily use 3, 4 a clock face, and does not add a drop of water in the production process, for not satisfactory, the whole piece of bread will be thrown away, to do it again.
I highly recommend the salted fish sauce noodles here. Although it is salted fish sauce, the tastes of salty seafood is very strong, and it is mixed with the bamboo rising of the shells teeth, and it tastes more fresh than the oyster sauce.
